At BellaBee Jeans, we take pride in offering unique, limited-edition products crafted with care. Due to the exclusive nature of our items, each product is made-to-order, which means we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Please carefully review our policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.


1. Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

Since our jeans are custom-made and part of a limited-edition collection, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Preferences on style, color, or design after purchase.

Please double-check your order details, including size and style, before finalizing your purchase. If you need help with sizing or product information, contact us at bvbeeee719@gmail.com before placing your order.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will happily work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to defect or damage:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at bvbeeee719@gmail.com.

  • Provide your order number and include photos of the defect or damage.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.


3. Refunds Policy

Refunds are only issued in the case of defective or damaged items. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for non-defective items, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.


4. Exchanges

As all items are made-to-order and part of limited-edition collections, we do not offer exchanges for any items. Please review all product descriptions, sizing guides, and images before placing your order to ensure your selection is correct.


5. Shipping Costs

For any returns related to defective or damaged items, BellaBee Jeans will cover the shipping costs. If you are returning a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.


6. How to Submit a Return Request

To request a return for a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.

  3. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
